• Operational Mining Permits for Coal on the farm Wildfontein in the Magisterial District of Middelburg

Resource: 300 000 t (Thermal).

Location: Belfast, Mpumalanga Province.

• Prospecting Right for Coal on the farm Aangewys in the Magisterial District of Kriel

Extent: Approximately 70.5 Ha.

Resource: 2.3 Mt (Thermal).

Location: Kriel, Mpumalanga Province.

• Prospecting Rights for Coal on various farms to be graduated to Mining Right during 2023 .

Extent: Approximately 8000 Ha.

Resource: 633 Mt (217 Mt  measured) – Thermal

Location: Devon (South Delmas) Gauteng Province.

Start Date: 2024

Notes: The project is commonly known as Leandra North/Gauteng Project of BHP Billiton and later South32. It is backed by a 20 years supply offtake, with the intention to secure further supply offtake of the remainder of the Coal in the local and export markets.

• Mining Right for Coal on the farms Rietkuil, Kalabasfontein & Vaalbank in the Magisterial District of Bethal.

Extent: Approximately 5600 Ha.

Resource: 44 Mt  (Thermal).

Location: Hendrina, Mpumalanga Province.
